Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygenic reasons, we do not typically offer returns or exchanges on our jewelry items.
We value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if there is an issue or damage to your item(S) we are very happy to do our best to replace the item or offer a refund or credit if we cannot replace it.
We pride ourselves in quality craftmanship but understand that sometimes things go wrong. If the product is damaged during the shipping process please notify us right away and we may ask you to send a photo of the item so that we can follow up with Canada Post.
In rare circumstances, we may honor a refund but would likely ask for the item to be shipped back at the customer’s expense. All products are closely inspected prior to shipping to ensure that our customers are receiving a quality purchase.
It is important that you use the Bracelet Sizing Guide for items that require sizing to ensure a good fit.
We include a handy How to Care guide in all purchases. Britton & Mae Collections is not responsible for any damage from the mistreatment of the items.
